Aesthon Foreman is an agentic AI decision layer for automotive manufacturing. It combines a decision layer, a digital twin, and an agent engine that sit on top of your existing MES, SCADA, and historian to automate root-cause analysis, OEE reviews, and corrective actions.

Which MES and SCADA systems does Foreman integrate with?

Foreman integrates with Wonderware / AVEVA System Platform, Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Ignition by Inductive Automation, OPC-UA / Modbus / MQTT protocols, and OSIsoft PI / AVEVA Historian. Additional integrations are added per pilot.

Is Foreman safe to deploy on a live production line?

Yes. Foreman is read-only by default. Any write-back to the MES requires explicit human approval and is fully audited. Every agent decision is versioned, reversible, and traceable.

Where does my plant data live?

You can deploy Foreman in your own VPC or in our managed cloud. Plant data never trains shared models and never leaves the boundary you choose.
