Aesthon Labs is a small team in Kuala Lumpur building the agentic decision layer we always wanted as engineers in automotive manufacturing. We start where the data already lives, on top of your MES, and earn our way deeper, one decision at a time.
Why now
Two curves
finally crossed.
For two decades, automotive plants have been quietly buying, and paying for, the data infrastructure that Industry 4.0 promised: MES, SCADA, historians, OEE dashboards. The data is there.
At the same time, agentic AI matured to the point where reasoning over messy industrial context is not just possible, but practical: fast enough to act inside a shift, cheap enough to run on every line, transparent enough to put in front of a plant director.
Aesthon Labs exists to close that gap. We don't sell the data infrastructure. That's already paid for. We sell the decisions that should have come out of it, packaged as Foreman.

Walk the floor
We build with engineers who actually run lines. The product roadmap is written on the plant floor, not in a slide deck.
Earned autonomy
Agents earn the right to act, one approval at a time. Humans in the loop is not a transition phase. It's the design.
Boring on purpose
Automotive runs on rigor. Our product is meant to be predictable, observable, and reversible. The AI is exciting; the operations are deliberately not.

A small team, heads down.
