1. Who we are
Aesthon Labs Sdn Bhd ("Aesthon Labs", "we", "us") is a Malaysian company building Aesthon Foreman, an agentic AI decision layer for automotive manufacturing. We are based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. What data we collect
When you visit aesthonlabs.com, we may collect:
- Anonymous analytics · Vercel Analytics (pageviews, referrer, device class) and Vercel Speed Insights (Core Web Vitals). Neither uses tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or any personal identifier. They only load afteryou click "Accept all" in the consent banner. If you click "Reject all", no analytics scripts run at all.
- A single consent preference · your accept/reject choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under the key
aesthon-consent. It never leaves your device. - Contact form submissions · name, work email, company, role, plants/lines context, and message. Only sent when you submit the form.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set tracking cookies. The only client-side storage we use is one localStorage entry to remember your consent choice. You can change your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.
4. How we use it
- To respond to discovery-call requests and pilot enquiries.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can make it faster and clearer.
- To send occasional follow-up communications if you opt in.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share contact-form submissions with third parties beyond the email infrastructure required to deliver the message (e.g., our email service provider).
5. Pilot and customer data
Data exchanged under a pilot or customer agreement is governed by the data-processing terms of that agreement, not by this policy. Foreman operates read-only by default, deploys in your VPC or our managed cloud at your election, and never trains shared models on your plant data.
6. Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@aesthonlabs.com.
7. Changes
We may update this policy as the company and product evolve. Material changes will be notified on this page.
